After a month of moderate usage in a sun-light/UV protected space, by 2 people w/no animals i will unfortunately have to change the initial 4.5 star rating to a 2.5 star rating for the following reasons: 1) the chair back & w/recliner extended is designed to comfortably accommodate a person under 5'9" - works for me at 5' but not my husband @ 6'. 2) the recliners foot-leg rest only extends to full-out - there is no partial or 1/2 way for the leg extension. 3) on both chairs, the leather on the head-rest & seat-back & the seat cushions very quickly/prematurely began drooping/sagging, wrinkled & starting to show a crack/split appearance (that is not due to years of age as would be expected) and is only getting worse over time. The price-point for these at the time was reasonable & on paper the 'look' & description of them seemed to be the perfect fit to enhance our Great Rooms furniture suite; unfortunately the quality of these recliners materials & the size/mechanical limitations are disappointing and will not meet the hoped for expectations for comfortability w/a quality handsome appearance or the quality of durability & long wear. - sv. I took off 1 star for a slight issue with the assembly. There was an area where the top half of the chair slides down into the bottom half and the pre installed hardware was slightly off so there is a small gap on one side. It’s a nice chair. Very comfortable and a true coffee, almost taupe color. It was mildly annoying to put together but we eventually got it. Overall I like it and I’m glad we got this one. Good chair for the price. It is deep to sit in like some say, but it’s comfortable to sit back and rock in with good neck support even for tall people. Super comfortable chair. The back sits up straight enough for support but is cushy and adjustable enough for long nights rocking a baby. The taupe color is warm and the fabric seems really durable without showing stains and wear. So far many naps have already taken place in it. Very happy with the purchase. UPDATE: 4 years later, this thing squeaks like none other. No matter how you rock in it or where you seat on the seat, there are squeaks and creaks.
