6 chairs arrived in a big heavy box. Nicely packed. 5 out of 6 chairs went together easily, with easy instructions and plenty of bolts and washers. One screw did not line up and was difficult to manage without help. But we did get it together with a little muscle. Some of the back cross bars were out of alignment and made the seating uncomfortable. But I found they were movable so I did not have to call for help. Unfortunately I found out these are not very stackable.??? All in all they are good quality, sturdy to 350 lbs, and I like the color blue. ( not to overwhelming). Dona. Well first of all I'm impressed that the chairs are not regular metal but like heavy duty iron or steel not sure but they are heavy. You need 2 hands to pick up well at least I do. Secondly they are comfortable and the seat is a good size but maybe add a cute seat cushion for longer lounging time on them. But I think my favorite part are the feet pads rings because they adjust for uneven ground so they are perfect! I'm highly satisfied and will definitely be adding more to my set...super happy!. Gina. If 4.5 stars were an option for rating, that's what I would give these chairs. Delivery: 5 out of 5. I was expecting these to come 6/12/20 when I ordered 5/18/20. I received them on 5/27/20. Packaging: 5 out of 5. The items were wrapped and packaged tightly so that there were no scratches on them. There was a warning on the box dissuading the use of box cutters, which I realized was to prevent accidental cutting and scratching. I was able to pull the tape off and open the box with no problem. Also, the plastic/foam can be unwrapped from the bottom of the legs. Just find the end piece. Instructions: 4 out of 5. I am NOT the type of person who assembles things. The instructions were adequate but there is a front and a back to the legs. Luckily, before I actually started assembly, I placed the back/seat on top of the legs to try the chair out. I thought it strange that I was leaning forward. I realized that there is a front and back side to the legs and they are not labeled. Once I turned the legs around, the seat had a slight recline, which is how it is supposed to be. Color: 4 out of 5. I wanted something colorful so I chose the orange. It is not as bright as the picture and when I first saw it, I thought it was a salmon color. Still, I like that it brings color to my patio. Assembly: 4 out of 5--I was not sure how I would fairly rate assembly. I did NOT have anyone to help me so it can be done by one person, but the instructions suggest 2 people. Let's just say it was like raising two beautiful identical babies--one is a sweet, easy going kid and the other was Satan's spawn. First one was assembled in less than 10 minutes. The seat stayed rested on the legs with the holes aligned so I could bolt them securely in. The second writhed and wriggled (I swear!) and the last hole would NOT align. I was sweatin' and cursin' until I finally got the last bolt in. The bolt would not go all the way in so eventually I just had to get a couple of extra washers to secure the seat. Side note: I would recommend assembling the chairs in an open, well ventilated area. When you first open the box, the fumes are overpowering. I believe my chairs had just been painted and shipped as soon as the paint dried Overall, I settled on giving it a 5. The chairs are comfortable even without cushions, and they just bring me so much happiness especially when I'm sitting out on my balcony, having a cup of coffee, studying before I have to go to work. .
