These are some really nice, really comfortable chairs. Easy to assemble and the directions were easy to read and understand. They arrived within the given time. NOW there is one thing I would (and did) change. According to the directions the chair should be assembled as the chair on the left in the first picture. That is immensely uncomfortable and throws you forward. You constantly feel as if you’re sliding out of it. So my husband assembled them as the chair to the right in the first picture. Far more comfortable and sits like a chair should sit. Not sure if we got strange directions, or if that’s how the manufacturer wanted them to sit. But definitely go with our change if you don’t want to slide out at the dinner table! *The wooden “dots” should go in the back if you want to do them like us. the front according to the directions.. Seriously solid chairs. There are 2 tricks to assembly 1. Don’t tighten the leg bolts until AFTER you have the bottom I base installed or else you won’t get the base on. If your chair is wobbly, loosen the leg bolts, stabilize the chair, then retighten. 2. To screw on the seat, find a table that is higher than the seat back, place the seat upside down on the table and the chair upside down on top. I purchased two sets of the gray ones I love the style of the chairs but did come into some little disappointments which were the legs there was small chipping on them but overall the quality of the material and seats were very good and I am pleased I’m waiting on my dining table to arrive and can’t wait to see it all put together I do recommend the chairs for the price they are perfect CS handled my issue appropriately like always Update!!!Do not buy chairs warp just after a few uses I will not be buying again !!!!.
