I am very happy with these fluffy pillows! They arrived on time and were exactly what I expected. They are a true white (which is what I wanted), and I especially like that the “fur” is on both sides of the pillows. I think the fur will remain looking nice as I intend to only them use as accents, and not as “pillow” function. Great pillow but check the colors first before ordering!!!So I really want to give more than three stars on these pillows because I really do love them however the color is severely off and this isn’t the first time that this has happened with Wayfair purchases. Again I am disappointed and frustrated because the color they portray on their website for these lumbar pillows in gray is severely off from the actuality.Please see the pics to let me know if you feel the same. If you are into decoration then this is going to frustrate you heavily but if you are just more for comfort and you don’t really care about the color then it might not be a big deal to you. I however I’m very visual and right away I could see the bluish tent in them and now they were more towards blue hue than a gray hue. .Also the last time that I called Wayfair for a quality issue for one of their playmats that I spent over 150 on, the executive resolution team member Jazmyne Basically told me that she could not help me. I was frustrated disappointed and I have never been left in a state where I’ve had an item that I was unsatisfied with and then have a representative tell me that there’s nothing they could do for me and then end the call without any resolution. Love these cushions! They are a perfect addition to my bed. I was happily surprised to see the zipper for removing the cover. This pillow is ok - sort of on the small side and not very visually appealing. The faux fur looks rather “economical” instead of plush and fabulous. It is well-made and the stitching seems solid.
