Hard to find this style of mount for heavier items. This mount did the trick. Some one else did mention that the actual max weight was 44 lbs, NOT (60 lbs) and I will confirm that it says 44lbs max weight on the box. I used this in conjunction with another brand of TV mount which lowers/raises the TV below/above my mantel. I used my own 1/4 inch bolts, washers and nylon-insert lock nuts (2x per side, using highest and lowest overlapping holes) to bolt it to the other kit. This mount gets the job done, but even a simple lightweight 22" monitor weighs it down. It's fine for our purposes, but if you need it to maintain any specific angle, it won't work out for you and will just hang downwards.
