The only issue was two of the bars didn’t fully asking and I couldn’t screw the supportive beam in bc the screw wasn’t long enough. Luckily I had a spare screw that was longer so it all worked out. I got the walnut king size bed and I LOVE it. It’s subtle Boho and comfy. I had my two 20 year old cousins put it together and they got through it in like 20 minutes. The headboard, slats and legs feel like legit solid good. If it’s MdF I cannot tell. The rattan was a lot whiter than the stock photo which did not match my dresser but it happened to match my nightstand. The bed is meant for just a mattress with no box spring. I am using a skinny box spring, not standard, and as you can see, it still makes the bed very tall. I am leaving it like that for the near future but plan to get rid of the box spring next year. Slender tapered legs lend contemporary flair. We love the synthetic rattan/wicker panel inset into the gracefully curved headboard that adds such a nice, casual vibe to this bed. Given the system of slats and center legs, there is no need for a box spring just top with the mattress of your choice (sold separately). Make this bed up with white linens for a clean simple look or colorful bedding for a brighter vibe.

I am absolutely in love with this wooden bed. The mix of natural wood and the woven rattan headboard gives my bedroom a gorgeous, breezy, coastal vibe that looks incredibly stylish. The frame itself feels completely solid and sturdy with no annoying squeaks or wobbles at all. The only minor catch is that the rattan is quite firm, so you will definitely want to prop up a few plush pillows if you like sitting up to read.
