It can be easily surface mounted vertically or horizontally and can cover a standard j-box. It is offered in brushed chrome exterior housing with white inner reflector, white exterior housing with white inner reflector, or black exterior housing with gold inner reflector.

We purchased the white version of this light, and it is solid. It is metal, not plastic and made very sturdy. The instructions are straight forward and the install was easy. It took us about 25 minutes including removing the previous light. The finish is smooth and sleek with the white one being soft and more of a flat to velvety finish. Great product for the price. The LEDs make it easy to change colors. Easy to install. This is the 10" and we could have gone a little bigger for the space. Had we gone with the 13" we wouldn't have to touch up paint around it, but I also like that they aren't that noticeable and something bigger might have been too obtrusive as this is just a small rectangle between multiple rooms.
