Overall a good product. Delivery was fast, setup crew good. Quality fees solid, it’s pretty firm, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing for how it will hold up over time. Material is nice - color matches. Only negative feedback would be the side of the chaise is missing a tuft… i see now that’s obvious from the product photos. Bed is great. My husband put it together, and he had a few challenges, nothing he couldn’t handle though. Overall, the bed is awesome. The only thing we did have to do was buy bed risers for the main frame because the mattress we have for the trundle was too thick, and it didn’t slide under the bed at all; but with the bed risers, the bed fits under perfectly now, and our boys love it..
