They’re beautiful chairs however the legs are not sturdy and one chair came with obvious chips in 3 of the legs and some fabric rubbing. They also do not sit evenly. One of them has a firmer seat - the one that was packaged better and didn’t have chipped legs. I would’ve preferred they both be like that. White glove service came sooner than was anticipated so my dad was house sitting and I didn’t even get to see these chairs until today - exactly 1 week after delivery. Which is apparently too late for customer service with white glove service. I hope this can be resolved regardless because I really do love one of these chairs.. Elle. Gainesville, VA. The chair has solid materials and went together as directed. The instructions had very small print for piece designations. I appreciated the direction to tighten screws 50 as it took a bit of wiggling and maneuvering to get the holes toline up. Very happy with the outcome. Wish it was a tad softer to sit on..
