Couldn’t have come out any better, so adding an extra king pillow to each of the 3 back pillows is the magic and I also inserted smaller ones to the 2 armrest pillows. This sectional sofa with ottoman came in five large boxes which were delivered right outside our apartment door on the second floor. The young female FedEx driver was professional, happy, and very strong, and she pushed the bulky boxes up the staircase without damage. Each package was well protected and easy to install and configure as suggested in the pictures or according to your individual preferences. The fabric looks good as shown on the website. We enjoy sitting and lounging on this sofa. So far we have no complaints of this product because we only received it on May 24th, 2026. Such a gorgeous couch! There were no reviews, but I took a chance on this couch because it looked the most modern out of the ones I was eyeing. Everything came in one box — easy for 2 people to lift, but also possible for one person to rock back and forth forwards to move it to where you need it before you cut the box open. I’m 5’ 3” and can comfortably lay out on the couch. The foam is insanely sturdy and comfortable. The fabric is soft, but a dog I was watching scratched at the seat to get comfortable before plopping down, and the fabric has pilled up in hairy pieces in those areas.
