My husband grew up sleeping on Mexican fur blankets #iykyk so getting him used to a proper fitted and top sheet was not easy. Hubby approves of this blanket he says its even softer than expected. This very soft blanket looks very similar to the chenille cotton tufted blankets of yesteryear. It is the softest blanket I have now. The raised design is not noticeable as you use this blanket. It is very light and warm. The color is a warm rose and not as the color appears on your computer screen. The color is most similar to the 3rd picture above.
