Sofa was delivered faster than expected! No missing or damaged parts. Although instructions were mostly pictures, they were easy to follow. I built it myself and took about an 1.5h. The back cushions are a bit flat, the seat cushions are thick and firm. Did not expect the back part of the sofa to be a piece of metal and light fabric covering it, but for the price I can’t complain. Works for its purpose for now but don’t expect it to be durable in the long run. I love the color and am happy with the purchase! (the plastic on the sofa is to protect from my cats scratching). I absolutely LOVE my new couch, however the delivery was not a love. After waiting all day for my piece to arrive, 3 movers got the huge box up to my apartment (I was moving furniture for them to get this box through the entrance to the living room) and after knocking into things, they put the HUGE box down & started to walk out. I said, wait, aren’t you suppose to unpack this HUG box & take it away? Answer, “no it’s just a drop off service. the box is your responsibility!” As a single woman living alone I was so upset! After over an hour just trying to open this HUGE box I was finally able to unload. I wish it was made clearer that the unloading would be my responsibility, I spent a lot to get the couch of my dreams but very unsatisfied with the delivery service that was definitely lacking! I am so impressed with this curved bouclé sofa. The color is slightly darker than the stock photos—more of a beautiful, warm oatmealsandy beige—which actually looks much more expensive and high-end in person.
