I used these two latches for my she shed. I need them to lock the gate as I come in and out. They do the job and I like that they are stainless steel for the weather outdoors so they don't tarnish! You'll need to put a string around the top and latch it somewhere so you don't get locked in wherever you put it. The door could close on you and you wouldn't be able to open it.. Lori.
