These are just what I needed! They put together pretty well. I would recommend using wood glue for the pegs that hold the shelves on, just to make it a little sturdier. This bookcase is a nice height and width however, I should have paid closer attention to the dimensions because I didn’t realize the cubbies weren’t 12” deep, so they can’t fit a 12”storage cube. Additionally, I was disappointed to see that the backing connector pieces show (see second photo) and the cams are not covered. It makes the piece look much cheaper than I expected. On the positive side, the assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow. Overall though, if I hadn’t spent so much time putting this together, I would probably return it.. Stephanie. This cube storage has plenty of room and I am gonna add some boxes to it for extra storage at first. We got them in teal and I like that they are a little smaller and fit my kid’s nonstandard 9” cube shelf. She has been rough on them and after a couple years of heavy use housing Barbies and doll clothes, a few of them are starting to warp or fray at the edges.
