Overall, this is a great laundry hamper! It is relatively small which is great for my space and use (it is probably too small for more than one person’s laundry though). It is well made and sturdy, at least as much as one made of wicker can be. I like that it has a hinging top and it works flawlessly. The only thing that I don’t like about the hamper is the cloth liner that comes with it. I’ve only had the hamper for a few weeks but it’s already started tearing, and it doesn’t hold firmly on the top. The assembly is tedious…beware. I must say that it was worth the trouble, though the stickers pulled the finish off in some places and a dowel had the glue set while it was too high and it punched through the side. (There should be no need to use a rubber mallet!) Fortunately it was way worth it in the end.
