I searched for a long time to find the right size sink. This sink is beautiful, smooth and shiny white and would have gone perfect with my butcherblock countertop. When it arrived, I opened the box to look at it and was happy. Because it weighs over 100lbs, I could not lift it out of the box by myself. After preparing the templete to cut the countertop, I had a friend come over to help lift the sink out of the box. When doing so, I discovered that it had a large visible chip on the front lip. I am so very disappointed. I had had a tile contractor scheduled for the backsplash and now I have no sink. This is the most amazing sink I have ever owned. As an interior designer I have ordered some beautiful sinks but this surpasses them all. The quality and design are exquisite. The extra rack for the broom and the center drain strainer and cover are such a perfectly calibrated fit. The price was ridiculously low for something like this. It is a dream to use, look at and keep clean. There is really no maintenance and the finish doesn’t show water spots. It is very deep and wide - a workspace unto itself.
