These are the best pans Ive ever owned! I love to cook and bake. I have owned ones like them and they were garbage and ruined quickly. These are Heavy duty quality! Oven safe up to 500 degrees! I bought this set because of how many pots come with it. I love that I get 3 sauce pots! They stack great, are lightweight, and look really nice. The lids are shallow so they can stack upright in a drawer and don't take up very much space. The bottom is smooth and coated which is a plus because the dishwasher doesn't dull the bottom of the pan, however I have noticed that it is doing it to the top rim of the pans. They are starting to get that dull rainbow look from the dishwasher. So these pans can go it the dishwasher but they will last longer if they are hand washed. The lids are vented on 2 sides. I wish they only vented on one side or the top because when you have 4 things going on the stove at once that's 8 spots where steam comes out! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this set of cookware a week before Christmas... really good timing! I would first like to say that it stacks very nicely. If you have limited space that is so important! I have cooked rice, beans, eggs, soup, chili and steamed tamales in these so far and they are great! The sizes are good... I especially like the deep skillet (think it will be great for stir fried items and the small skillet is perfect for eggs and such). They have a good nonstick surface... they heat evenly, and are a breeze to clean. I have however found one thing that I’m a bit unsure about. There seems to be a small gap where the edge of the lid meets the glass... I have shown this in the photos. I used the pressure spray hose in my sink and it seems to clean it ok. Just wish it was sealed and the water didn’t pool in the edge of the lid. Over all I really do like this cookware set and have enjoyed cooking in them.
