I really like this quilt. It’s just the right weight for summer. The cream shade is not too white or too yellow. In terms of the length- I have a California king and it touches the floor at the foot of the bed. The sides come down low enough to cover my sheets, but not to the floor. It might be too short if you have a tall regular king bed. (See photos). I rotated the quilt so the longest side actually goes side to side instead of head to foot- the pattern can work either way.
