These are the best pans Ive ever owned! I love to cook and bake. I have owned ones like them and they were garbage and ruined quickly. These are Heavy duty quality! Oven safe up to 500 degrees! I bought this set because of how many pots come with it. I love that I get 3 sauce pots! They stack great, are lightweight, and look really nice. The lids are shallow so they can stack upright in a drawer and don't take up very much space. The bottom is smooth and coated which is a plus because the dishwasher doesn't dull the bottom of the pan, however I have noticed that it is doing it to the top rim of the pans. They are starting to get that dull rainbow look from the dishwasher. So these pans can go it the dishwasher but they will last longer if they are hand washed. The lids are vented on 2 sides. I wish they only vented on one side or the top because when you have 4 things going on the stove at once that's 8 spots where steam comes out! What is a pan or pot without the cover While these are a beautiful set of pot and pans, unfortunately part of the cover breaks after a few uses. These are definitely non-stick no matter what you cook! But I’ve only had them for about 6 months and we’ve already used the one replacement part that comes with it. The manufacturer needs to come up with a more resistant material for the cover to complete the set. Once the part in the photo is broken the handle is loose and I can’t even cook rice right.
