This is a very well made and good quality saute pan. The pan is not too big and heats up quick . It cooked burgers and a steak with ease. It was very easy to clean with soap and water. I thought it was too light to be of any value. Then I used it at work. Boy, was I schooled! The pans are made of aluminum to reduce fatigue and to ensure good heat distribution. They have a reinforced base that stays flat and doesn’t warp. And the nonstick surface is some of the most durable I have ever worked with.
