We absolutely love these design of these auto water bowls for our dogs. So much so that I was excited to nab one for 8 bucks to use outside for our pups now that we moved into a house. This is my third water fountain for cats and by far my favorite for one reason there is a cover over the water that keeps the majority of dirt and hair out of the water bowl itself. It’s very quiet and tall so that my cats can sit and drink instead of stoop down to drink. The only issue I have with it is the plug. I have posted two plug photos, the plug from a Drinkwell (the flat plug) and the plug from the Norbi. The Drinkwell sits flush to the wall whereas the Norbi sticks out. This means that I cannot move furniture closer to the wall and have to utilize an outlet on a power strip. Also, where do you get new filters Is that through Wayfair I am glad that three filters are shipped with the fountain. I just don’t know where to buy additional filters!
