I purchased the grey backpack. I was pleasantly surprised how carefully and nicely packaged inside the box when it arrived.
I was afraid that it would be too small since the height was only 17 inches, but it was roomy enough for our puppy. She is currently 18 pounds.
I agree with another review that it would even be better if there is a removable pad all the way up the back of the backpack so when used as a "cocoon" laying down, there would be more pading.
I have searched online for other backpacks and they do not have the privacy flaps, which is the primary reason for buying this one. The privacy flaps are on all mesh openings that you can fold down and have magnets to hold in place when not using.
