While the item works pretty well, it did not match the features which were presented when I ordered the item. That is a major disappointment for me, although I can deal with the inconvenience of having to put in the product many more times that what I had ordered (with a high hopper in addition to the low hopper - only - which has limited capacity). Too hard to use. Honestly, it does the job—it grinds. But in order to grind better, you have to screw the grinder into a wooden table or counter so that you don’t need someone’s help to hold it while grinding. The other problem is that after you screw it to a wooden surface and use it, you have to unscrew it to wash it. I couldn’t even finish grinding because I was in so much pain. After I gave up, I washed it, and in minutes it started to rust. So the minute you wash it and dry it, you must oil it or it will get ugly. I included pictures of the grinder I got, and the last picture is the grinder I thought I was going to get. If you see both grinders, the last one which I googled, doesn’t need to be screwed on any surface. It has an opening at the bottom that lets you attach it to any surface and tighten it, and it can be removed really easy for cleaning, so making holes on a wooden surface to screw it is not necessary.
