Throw out your old fold up plastic party tables! I can see why these tables would be ideal for an office but they are also awesome space saving heavy duty tables for a party! I have mine in my garage currently for a drink station but also used as an extra table for the holidays! We love this distressed writing desk and how it brings handy storage to any home office or living room. This is very thin material and does not feel Hefty at all. I know what is 72 in but wow it looked like a dollhouse! Its very narrow. This lovely desk was a fabulous purchase! The price point is excellent for the quality. The legs are solid wood and although the desktop is MDF, it has a lovely grain is very heavy and looks expensive. There is no drawer so we added some lovely leather accoutrements for storage and a desk pad. We have a small office so the openness of the desk gives a feeling of space in the room.
