How Will My Order Ship?

We've carefully selected the shipping options for each product on our site to ensure you receive the fastest, safest, and most reliable delivery service possible. Each item's delivery options will be noted on its product page, as well as in the shopping cart. Please note we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APOs. 

Small Parcel
Signatures are not required for Small Parcel deliveries, but the decision to leave your package will ultimately be at the discretion of the delivering carrier. If you have any special delivery instructions for the carrier, we recommend placing a note on your door on the day of delivery referencing your tracking number and request. 

The delivering carrier and available ship methods will vary depending on your destination:

United States
Deliveries within the United States will be completed by UPS or FedEx. Available shipping services will be noted in your shopping cart, but generally include:

Ground
Please allow the full processing time required to ship from the warehouse (specified on each product page), plus 1-6 business days in transit for delivery.

Next Day Delivery
Please allow the full processing time required to ship from the warehouse (specified on each product page), plus 1 business day in transit for delivery.

2 Day Delivery
Please allow the full processing time required to ship from the warehouse (specified on each product page), plus 2 business days in transit for delivery.

3 Day Delivery
Please allow the full processing time required to ship from the warehouse (specified on each product page), plus 3 business days in transit for delivery.

Canada
Deliveries to Canada will be completed by Purolator once the shipment has cleared customs. All Canadian import duties and taxes are calculated at checkout, so you won't have to worry about paying upon delivery. We offer the following ship method for Small Parcel shipments to Canada*:

Ground
Please allow the full processing time required to ship from the warehouse (specified on each product page), plus 5-10 business days in transit for delivery.

*Please note that expedited shipping is unavailable for Canadian shipments. All Small Parcel Canadian shipments are required to process through three-legs: shipping from the warehouse to the border via UPS/FedEx, processing through customs, and then changing hands to Purolator for final delivery.

Large Parcel
We want to make sure your order gets to you safe and sound. For items that are too large or fragile to be delivered via UPS/FedEx, we partner with carriers specializing in the transportation and delivery of Large Parcel freight so you can be rest assured that your order is being handled with the utmost care from the moment it leaves the warehouse.

How it works:

  1. Choose a delivery option for your Large Parcel item at checkout
    Available delivery methods vary by item; all service options will be displayed in the shopping cart.
  2. Your order gets picked up from the warehouse
    We'll send you a Ship Confirmation email to let you know your order is on its way.
  3. Order is shipped to a Local Delivery Terminal
    A Large Parcel carrier transports your order with care to a delivery professional in your area.
  4. Delivery appointment scheduled
    Upon arrival, the local terminal will contact you to schedule a delivery date and appointment window.
  5. Day of Delivery: Welcome your new order home!
    Be sure to inspect the shipment contents upon delivery. If you have any concerns regarding the condition or packaging of your order, simply describe the issue on the delivery receipt provided by the driver and contact us for assistance.

 

Large Parcel Delivery Methods:

Curbside Delivery: Self-Service
Our Self-Service delivery method covers the essentials. A delivery truck will pull up to the curb outside of your home within your 4-hour appointment window. From there, you will be responsible for unloading the item(s) from the truck and any further transport beyond that point. We recommend asking a family member or friend for an extra hand.

*To have the items taken off the truck and placed on the curb, you can add the Lift Gate service upon checkout for $50.00.

  • Appointment Scheduling: The delivery partner will call you to arrange a date and 4-hour appointment window once your item(s) arrives at the local terminal.
  • Signature Required: Yes
  • Packaging Removal Included: No

Curbside Delivery: Lift-Gate Service
Our Lift-Gate service features a skilled delivery team that will unload the item(s) from the delivery truck and lower it to the curb outside your home. You will be responsible for further transport beyond that point. We recommend asking a family member or friend for an extra hand.

  • Appointment Scheduling: The delivery partner will call you to arrange a date and 4-hour appointment window once your item(s) arrive at the local terminal.
  • Signature Required: Yes
  • Packaging Removal Included: No
  • Assembly Service Included: No

 

Front Door: Drop-Off
Our Front Door: Drop-Off offers an extra set of hands. A skilled delivery team will unload the item(s) from the truck and take it to the first available dry area outside your home (front door, porch, or garage). You will then be responsible for further transport beyond that point.

  • Appointment Scheduling: You will be notified of your delivery date and 4-hour appointment window via email once your item(s) arrive at the local terminal. The delivery terminal's contact information will be included in case you need to reschedule your delivery.
  • Signature Required: No. You are not required to be present to accept the delivery. Your item(s) will be left in the first available dry area, as long as the delivery team determines the area is safe and secure
  • Packaging Removal Included: No
  • Assembly Service Included: No

 

Inside Delivery: Entryway
Inside Delivery takes Front Door even further. For our Entryway option, a skilled delivery team will bring the item(s) inside your home and place it in the immediate entryway.

  • Appointment Scheduling: The delivery partner will call you to arrange a date and 4-hour appointment window once your item(s) arrives at the local terminal.
  • Signature Required: Yes
  • Packaging Removal Included: No
  • Assembly Service Included: No

 

Inside Delivery: Room of Choice
Our less-sweat method, the Room of Choice option features a skilled delivery team that will bring your item(s) inside, and place it in the room of your choosing.*

*Upstairs carrying limit of two flights of stairs (up to 15 steps each)

  • Appointment Scheduling: The delivery partner will call you to arrange a date and 4-hour appointment window once their items arrive at the local terminal.
  • Signature Required: Yes
  • Packaging Removal Included: No
  • Assembly Service Included: No

 

Inside Delivery: Room of Choice & Packaging Removal
Our Room of Choice option features a skilled delivery team that will bring your item(s) inside, and place it in the room of your choosing.* 
Packaging will be removed and disposed of for your convenience.

*Upstairs carrying limit of two flights of stairs (up to 15 steps each)

  • Appointment Scheduling: The delivery partner will call you to arrange a date and 4-hour appointment window once your item(s) arrive at the local terminal.
  • Signature Required: Yes
  • Packaging Removal Included: No

Full Service Delivery: Room of Choice, Packaging Removal, & Assembly
Our easiest, no-sweat method, Full Service Delivery takes your item from delivery to assembly. A delivery team will bring your item(s) inside and place it in the room of your choice.* Packaging will be removed and disposed of, followed by basic assembly for your convenience.**

*Upstairs carrying limit of two flights of stairs (up to 15 steps each)

**Assembly includes light setup requiring basic tools, such as a screwdriver. Please note that the delivery team will not perform plumbing installation, electrical wiring, or services requiring the use of power tools.

  • Signature Required: Yes
  • Packaging Removal Included: No

What is your Return Policy?

We want you to love it. If you don't, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery. All you need to do is visit our Self-Service Return Center for instructions. Return credits are issued within 24 hours once the item is received and inspected. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You will be charged for the cost of return shipping, which will be deducted from your total return credit.

If your item arrived damaged or defective, we are happy to arrange for a prompt replacement. Please note that damages and defects must be reported within 30 days of delivery. Click here for information and instructions on how to proceed.

Return Eligibility
Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund (please do not assemble or modify the product in any way). The few exceptions that cannot be returned include:

  • Clearance Items
  • Gift Certificates
  • Personalized Items
  • Items Marked “Non-Returnable” (clearly indicated on the sale page before placing your order)

Registry/Gift Returns
No need to let the gift giver know about the return; we are happy to issue store credit equivalent to the merchandise total directly to you! To process a gift return, visit our Self-Service Return Center. You may return gifts from your Wedding or Baby Registry up to 90 days after delivery or within 90 days after your event (whichever is later).
