Positively IN LOVE with these sofas! Firm enough for me, soft enough for my husband. I’ve sat on countless sofas at furniture stores and immediately popped up with a “Nope!” So naturally I was nervous at 2k a pop, no cancels or returns and a front door that wasn’t quite 36” wide as needed per the delivery specs. They had the look I wanted which no local store seemed to carry, totally washable which is a must with large dogs so I took a chance- and oh am I glad I did. They took a few weeks to arrive but came earlier than expected. Delivery was easy- the guys were fantastic. I haven’t tried the sleepers- they’ll serve their need eventually. I purchased this sofa, November 9, 2025. It is the same as it was when I first purchased it. It took my grandson an hour from unboxing to assembling it. It was so easy for him lol Make sure you prepare the slip covers before you take the plastic off the pillows, because they deflate very rapidly. That is a mistake I made, I was so anxious to see what it would look like put together. It is a beautiful couch and it has held up from the tiny hands and feet of my great grandkids. If you want a beautiful, strong sofa, you can’t go wrong by purchasing this one. The only regret I have is that I purchased the cream and not the white. This is a very firm sofa, so if you like sofas that you sink into, this isn’t it! I do wish the seats were deeper. It is a more compact sectional, though, so I guess that makes sense. The pull out bed option is great for guests or cozy movie nights. It pulls out nice and smoothly. I also really like the storage under the chaise as well as the middle cushion that folds down with a charger and cup holders. Assembly was pretty easy. The sofa arrived ahead of schedule in just 3 days! I immediately assembled it. Took me 1-1/2 hours start to finish. Some parts not labeled and one was mislabeled but it was easy to figure out which was which. We absolutley love this sofa for the money. It does not look cheap as another reviewer mentioned and the quality exceeded my expectations. When we folded out the bed, it measured 72" long by 46" wide which is all we need for the occasional guest.
