This sectional sofa with ottoman came in five large boxes which were delivered right outside our apartment door on the second floor. The young female FedEx driver was professional, happy, and very strong, and she pushed the bulky boxes up the staircase without damage. Each package was well protected and easy to install and configure as suggested in the pictures or according to your individual preferences. The fabric looks good as shown on the website. We enjoy sitting and lounging on this sofa. So far we have no complaints of this product because we only received it on May 24th, 2026.
