The best bread pans, if you know how to take care of them. Even though nonstick you should still grease and flour your bread pans. It keeps the coating conditioned and keeps it from discoloring. Any true baker knows this. I would definitely buy these time and time again. I am going to include a picture of both my new pan and my pan that has been used several times as you will see there is no discoloration as people have complained about. I grease and flour my pans. The quality of this cookware is outstanding. I especially like the ceramic coating, straining lids, and spoon rests. The handles feel comfortable, and potholders are not required . The cookware is lightweight, sturdy and does not tilt or wobble on gas stove grates. I've replaced all of my Blue Diamond cookware with BergHOFF Leo Balance. I loved my Blue Diamond cookware, but I hated having to use my fingernail to clean food from around the rivets.
