Headboards

The color of the finish is just beautiful! A rich deep metallic bronze with the tiniest little bit of deep gold showing through. I was hesitant at first to order because the finish was described and Ancient gold, and Im not a gold accent person at all! I waited to order a night stand pending what the actual finish turned out to be. I could not be happier and very pleased with the beautiful design and scroll work of the headboard. It is very impressive looking..but must be kept further away from your walls than most headboards to keep from damaging the sheet rock because of the curvature of the headboard. Just an FYI. A king size bed frame was included with my purchase, and Im very pleased with this, as my other king frame was over 45 years old! Great extra added bonus in my book! I assembled the bed very easily and quickly, all parts were there and instructions were easy to follow with minimum effort. Im almost 70 and female..so anyone can do this easily ! I was looking for a stylish headboard that matched 2 pieces of furniture I had - this would be used in our spare bedroom. This headboard was perfect! It was better than I thought. The value for the product can not get much better. I have shopped many places and none compares. I found headboards that were twice the price and half the value! I bought carriage bolts, washers and nuts at local hardware store and installed the headboard in no time. It was great. Only complaint is the assembly instructions do not specify the laminated front from the raw wooden back - so watch what you are doing and study the diagram. I love the look of the head board on my Queen size bed. It gives my room a total transformation. The headboard is tall as well. I'm upset about the shipping though. As soon as I took it out of the box, there were numerous dents and cuts everywhere showing the compact wood."..."  Read more

love it! but I was confused. it is ONLY the headboard. no platform or bed frame or anything. i thought it came with the frame but I think that was my own misunderstanding. we are going to try a regular frame but wayfair has been fantastic about this. they are waiting for me and if it doesn't work we will work through it. but the headboard is beautiful! we absolutely love it!"..."  Read more
