This would have gotten a 5star if the right upholstered set came to us in full. Half was beige 1 and the other half was in in beige 4. Had to call and ask for slip covers to match the intended ones ordered....but when they came, it still didn't match with the originals so I had to call and get a whole new set of covers sent so they all will match. Whatever you do, tell them to note that the set all matches to avoid this. if it does happen to you, ask for entire slip cover for all 8 seater to be replaced to ensure they all match.. Ha. Florida. The couch is comfortable. The color is pretty spot on to the pictures. The material is nice and soft. The assembly took us about 2 12 hours. We thought we would be able change the layout of the couch like the longer side being on he left hand side instead of the right but the couch doesn’t allow that if anyone was wondering if that was a possibility. Also if anyone was wondering, it came in 3 separate boxes that were quite heavy and did take some work to move but it was worth it. Overall I love the couch and am happy with the purchase.. This sectional sofa with ottoman came in five large boxes which were delivered right outside our apartment door on the second floor. The young female FedEx driver was professional, happy, and very strong, and she pushed the bulky boxes up the staircase without damage. Each package was well protected and easy to install and configure as suggested in the pictures or according to your individual preferences. The fabric looks good as shown on the website. We enjoy sitting and lounging on this sofa. So far we have no complaints of this product because we only received it on May 24th, 2026.
