Four stars for the unit, but 2 stars for Angi. This unit seems to be very well made. It seems very sturdy and the pieces are quite heavy. I bought this in chestnut and I like the color. I would advise anyone considering the professional assembly to truly understand the complexity of the installation if it needs to be cut to size. Angi grossly underestimated the amount of time involved. The tradesman has to cut the wooden shelves and the metal bars to fit. All the drawers need to be assembled, and the glides attached. The entire unit needs to be attached to studs (preferably) and/or anchored into the wall. And of course it needs to be leveled. I was allotted two hours to complete the job, which is ridiculous. When I contacted Wayfair, they did reschedule Angi to finish the job, but what a fiasco. You will save a huge amount by doing this, but it was very inconvenient to say the least.. Karen. MD. Overall good quality but tedious to build. Almost felt impossible to have everything perfectly straight and has a slight wobble on the base. Instructions were pretty terrible and had to redo a few parts to alignment being wrong. The video in the instructions was more helpful but very quick instead of offering explanation. Im taking a star away due to the tedious assembly and lack of clear instruction. All pieces came with the package and after assembly it was light enough to move to a different room alone. Very well made. The instructions were easy to follow and parts fit together without modifications!
