This table is darling! We needed something for a small dining area, and this fits perfectly, even opened on both sides. Allow some time to put together. It isn’t difficult, but did take some time assembling the chairs. Everything feels very sturdy. The drop leaf sections are easy to pull out and lock in place. Overall, this is a very nice table. I could not give it five stars because of the difficulty in putting the 12 screws for the hinges in. Although the instructions do not indicate a drill is needed to start the holes and then a drill is also needed to screw in the screws. Because the wood is not prepared for the screws, doing it by hand is not possible. It is easy to put together other than that. Table was easy to put together. Did take a few hours and two people. We made it a Sunday afternoon task. Fold down leaves are perfect and work well. Most of the time we don’t need them up so leaving them down allows for extra room in the dining area. Quality is good but the chairs do rock a little. Have gotten better from sitting in the chairs.
