Could have been easier if directions included words instead of just pictures. Item did have 3 large dents on the top portion, however, they were in the back section that the TV hide. Just used black magic marker to disquise the damage. I would think that a item that is $300 should be better inspected before leaving the factory. The shipping box had no damage to it at all so I assume the damage was done in the factory. Service Review Shipping box had no damage. Shipping time was good. Was this helpful? Yes / No

Panels are not labeled, so it is like a Jig Saw puzzle to assemble. It is very time consuming because the instructions are in picture format. Otherwise, the end result is amazing. It looks expensive and it provides the perfect viewing height. I love my tv stand and Im glad I purchased it. Service Review The delivery was on- time.
