Ordered this to replace old knife sharpener and it does a great job! I found that once sharp you just need to a couple slides with the fine edge and keeps knives sharp! The biggest surprise and bonus is how well Ot works on scissors and my kitchen shears. I didn’t realize how dull my scissors were until I used this.
