Packaging was great and everything arrived in one piece. This fixture will replace the bank of fluorescent bulbs in the master closet. Directions seem straightforward and we will try to install ourselves. I like that there were extra pieces provided in the event something broke or was broken in transit. I gave it four stars because we have not been able to install it yet and I don’t know how far the light will reflect. I’ll try to update this review afterward. If we like the brightness, we will buy a second one for the second closet! UPDATE We did buy a second one but installation has proven extremely difficult. On the top of the fixture is insulation which moves as you rotate the light on the ceiling to find the drop down bolts. The drop-down bolts thread through the fixture to attach with the ball nut and lining the hole in the fixture up with the drop-down bolt is almost impossible because of this insulation. You’re basically installing it blind. We managed to get one side through but are not able to find the second drop-down bolt to get it to thread through the other hole and secure it. We will be returning the other one. Some kind of connecting plate installed in the ceiling that the fixture clicked into would make this installation so much easier. Joan. Wichita, KS.
