[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted a tall chair to complement my standing desk and I picked a backless stool to help encourage better posture and core strength. This stool has been perfect for that. The stool comes with leg extenders, without it, it's the height for a low breakfast counter. But adding the extenders bring it up to barstool height. Im 5'4 and I can just barely lean my butt on it with my feet still on the floor. If I want to sit, I have to use the foot rest to step up to the seat. The stool is very sturdy. The base is wider than the seat and it feels extremely stable. I don't watch my balance or feel like I need to be careful when I'm hopping up or when I'm adjusting myself. And the whole thing is much bigger than expected. The seat is extra wide, the legs and foot rest are also wide and sturdy. The seat itself is a very padded pleather. It doesn't feel fancy, the pleather definitely feels like it belongs on a barstool. But it's not sticky and it's easy to clean.. Caty. Mon Mar 16 2026

For the price, I’m very happy with the quality. I ordered 4. Shipping was pretty quick ( a lot quicker than the estimated delivery date). Packaging was excellent. Instructions were simple and clear…easy to understand ( unlike many items that come with poor English translations). The white gloves were a nice touch lol. Assembly was quick. First one took longer (learning curve). 4th one took 23 minutes from careful unpacking to putting the felt pads on the bottom of the legs. I lost 2 minutes due to trying to get the paper off the sticky pads . I like that there are small indentations in case you want to put the screw in type later. Overall. OMG!!!! I’m a first time buyer of Wayfair products. I looked for at least 4 months prior to purchasing the barstools (x4) to be exact. Well, they were to arrive on the 22 of December. I was exasperated when they arrived December 20, 2025. I hurriedly got my son to assist me with putting them together. They PERFECTLY match my kitchen decor as I remodeled my entire home . The cushions are soft. The wooden legs themselves are polished. I purchased the mahogany color. It matches everything in my kitchen. It is exceptionally well made! They look expensive, say over 600 per chair when I bought them at a fraction of the price!!! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE them and cannot wait to host my first family function utilizing the bar stools!!!
