Crib is adorable and pretty sturdy. Shipping was kind of wonky, because it didn’t update on the app. It did eventually and customer service was very nice and prompt when helping me. Some of the pieces didn’t align the best, leaving some sharp corners on it in a place or two, but not horrible. Easy to put together! The changing pad did come with a few rips in the material. The crib itself arrived in an excellent condition (not even one scratch), the crib is fantastic and looks exactly like the photo, I would even give it a 5 star, the only reason I gave it 3 stars is because the crib has only 2 levels and the gate is very low, so when I put my child in there it was very easy for him to jump out from the crib, I called the manufacturer they said sorry this crib is made only for kids shorter than 35" (my child isn't 35" yet), However, I had to make 4 new holes in my "new crib" to make a new lower level.
