I purchased 2 of these lights for the nightstands in our bedroom. They are of very high quality and are exactly what we were looking for. We love the brightness and color temperature settings, as we use them for reading. The big selling point for us was the 26.5" long gooseneck arm. It is long enough to reach over the reading material and can be twisted into any position. Even when fully extended, the arm does not tip the light over due to the weighted base. This will be incredibly useful for me. I knit and I needed a lamp that would help me see better when I’m working on my projects. It also won’t bother my husband since he doesn’t like bright light.
