"I had an awesome experience with my first Wayfair purchase. I ordered a TV stand through Best Buy. Best Buy advised that I would be able to return it at the store if I changed my mind. Well, I did change my mind, but found out that I really could not return it at the store, that I would have to ship it back to Wayfair. I contacted Wayfair's customer service and analyst was soooo helpful. She apologized for the incorrect info given to me at the Best Buy store. I was able to make the return via UPS with no problem. The only problem I had with Wayfair is that they were TOO fast. It left the warehouse the night I ordered it and it was delivered within 3 business days. I will absolutely buy from Wayfair in the future. They are a great company that cares about their customers. (Hard to find these days) Thanks Wayfair!!!"

"I just had to stop by and thank you. I just received the rest of my order to do my boys' rooms. The wrong wall hangings were sent, I'm doing my 5 year old's in the dinosaur collection and my 8 year old's in the sports collection. I had already received my dinosaur wall hangings and instead of getting my sports wall hangings I got a double order of the dinosaur ones. I fully expected to send these back. They said I could keep the extra set of dinosaur hangings free of charge. You never find that level of customer service anymore! Thank you again for the small gesture that left a big impact."

I would like to acknowledge one of your staff and his due diligence and patience in helping me with a very confusing, and potentially costly situation. Under very confusing circumstances, Eric J, one of your customer service staff, exceeded all my expectations of the service I could expect to receive in light of the fact that it was so confusing.
Never did Eric J flinch at the momentous task at hand, nor did he wavier in the midst of the confusion. I have had customer service staff to avoid even the most apparent solutions when helping me but Eric J went above and beyond what I expected of him. He promptly replied to my every email I sent to hopefully give him more information about the situation, and it was proof that he was actually reading the emails very carefully, and not simply scanning them with his eyes.
