"I approached Wayfair to ask if I could write a brief response from a customer’s perspective, after the sale, because I wanted shoppers to know what I experienced. I purchased office furniture for my new home office from Wayfair. I shopped everywhere, locally and online, looking for not only a great price but for quality also. Hard to find, until I was referred to Wayfair. I began to shop and started placing items in my cart, one after the other. I could not believe the selection and prices. They were all priced great and appeared high quality. As I did some research, I soon realized that Wayfair was where I would be spending my money.
Wayfair was easy to work with and my items arrived before expected. With the in-home delivery & set-up package, I did not have to do anything. My office was completely set up for me with assembly and all done right, boxes removed. The quality was above and beyond my expectations. I know, I used to be a Regional Sales Manager for an office furniture manufacturer. Items were better than described. Also, customer service at Wayfair, in my opinion, is rated among the top in communication, professionalism, follow-up and help long after the sale. Whether it’s by email or phone, you get quick answers. I had a lot of questions about different items and there was always someone there to help me. No long wait times when calling and you are directed right to who you need, every time.
If you see an item at Wayfair that you like and want, I would have to say "buy it." You can’t get better service or price anywhere. I am a dedicated Wayfair customer now. I have no need to look anywhere else, if it’s at Wayfair."
