My fault I'm not happier

I thought I was ordering a twin cuisine knife, but was ordering the twin four star. Completely different knife. As a foodie, I take my knives very seriously, and would seriously have named this the "twin twopointfour star". The handle is plastic and the knife lacks heft and balance--maybe not so important to others in a parer, but it is to me. The blade seems of an acceptable quality, and stays sharp. Just don't be a goofball like me and think that you are buying a twin cuisine!
