Good balance and feel. Sharp and holds edge well. Only minor flaw is that back (non-cutting) edge has not been broken for the full length so the edge closest to the handle is quite sharp.

Very very slow delivery. I believe they arrived a month or so after I purchased them. I was very disappointed in the delay.

The knives are beautifully made. When I cut the steak, the meat isn't squeezed and the juice of the meat stay inside. It is enjoyable when you see the steak is beautifully cut. I am happy that I bought this set.

These knives are well designed and very sharp. When I cut the steak, the meat isn't pressed nor flattened and the juice was preserved. These knives cut beautifully.
