Awesome pan I use this fry pan almost daily for something, and it has not let me down. Over Medium heat, it cooks evenly, and browns perfectly without a lot of oil. Just enough to spread over bottom of pan, it does a great job. One of the better investment I have made! Thank you Zwilling JA Henckels! |

Why Didnt I Buy These Sooner! Best non-stick pans I have ever owned! They hold in the moisture when frying chicken and other meats. It requires much less oil as well. Most definitely an awesome purchase. Only thing that could make these pans better if they were a different color than grey. |

Tops... Absolutly love this pan. Large enough to make a complete meal, use of lower heat, and still browns quickly, cooks evenly. Can't go wrong! |

Good Pan Great pan. Pan cooks evenly, very easy to clean..poached eggs stick a bit and needs a bit of soaking. and light scrub with nylon scrubber |

not as it seems I have tried to believe that this pan will work but in a short time wore thru surface and everything sticks. I could be using it wrong? But I am going back to teflon |

Best yet This is a true non stick skillet. It is a good weight and looks good. Expensive but well worth the price. Great product! |

Great Skillet Great skillet, has the best non stick surface I have found so far. No oil needed when frying eggs or probably anything else, and is a breeze to clean! |

like it doesn't have any teflon or similar materials on the inside Gave it to son at college. His old pan was one of those sold on perpetual sale at stores. This one seems to be strong enough to resist the occasional use of metallic utensils. |

Great Non-Stick Pan Love this pan. It does EXACTLY what it advertises. Nothing sticks to it - and cleaning it is a breeze. A nice weight - not too heavy, but enough heft to cook evenly. Scrambled eggs and omelettes turn out perfect every time! |
