E Bike from Sedona, AZ on 01/12/2014 – Verified Buyer
Despite the instructions we could not assemble this bike out of the box, had to take it to a bike shop and paid $80 to put it together. It is a very heavy bike. We've had to take it to the bike shop 3 more times for adjustments or fixes to problems with it. My husband uses it, likes it and recommends it.

Electric bicycle from Newton, MA on 06/15/2015 – Verified Buyer
This bicycle is a lot of fun. You can go on the bike paths and not get sweaty in the summer. Avoid traffic, get to work not needing a shower. It's like sailing, except on land, on wheels. That being said, it's a heavy bicycle, and seems to max out at around 15 mph with the engine on, and not much more than that if you try to use human-power with the engine off. The top gear "seventh gear" doesn't seem to have enough mechanical advantage to really pace you above the engine's top speed So, this isn't a racing bicycle, but it's sturdy, and comes fitted with the commuter's amenities: rack, mud guards, chain-cover. Pros: Convenience, fun, cool in the summer, save on parking/garage fees. Reasonably easy to assemble, but instructions could be better Cons: Back reflector came sheared off from the mudguard, nobody answers emails at Yukon trails' support. Nobody has reached out to fix it. Very heavy, if you plan to get on and off commuter train with it, good luck. Almost impossible to lift

Great Bike. from Philomath, OR on 03/16/2014 – Verified Buyer
The Bike was easy to assemble and is everything one would want in an electric assist bike. Only problem was a broken reflector on the rear mudguard. Manufacturer quickly sent a new one. I would recommend this bike to anyone wanting an entry level electric assist vehicle.

Yukon Trail Xplorer XM26 from Bakersfield, CA on 01/05/2014 – Verified Buyer
For flatland riding I'm pleased. I have not had a chance to ride up steep grades yet, however. Bike easily tips over due to inadequate stand. I purchased a single bike rack which is great for the garage but not convenient for travel. I'm still working on a more stabile stand.

Great bike for the money! from Riverside, CA on 09/30/2012
Well equipped with rack, front, rear lights and bell. Lithium battery seems to last, but have only gone one 16 mile stretch and it was still going strong. Battery is easy to remove and charge. Only con is the bike had a few loose parts, so make sure you double check peddle cranks.
