Despite the instructions we could not assemble this bike out of the box, had to take it to a bike shop and paid $80 to put it together. It is a very heavy bike. We've had to take it to the bike shop 3 more times for adjustments or fixes to problems with it. My husband uses it, likes it and recommends it.

The Bike was easy to assemble and is everything one would want in an electric assist bike. Only problem was a broken reflector on the rear mudguard. Manufacturer quickly sent a new one. I would recommend this bike to anyone wanting an entry level electric assist vehicle.
Great bike for the money!

Well equipped with rack, front, rear lights and bell. Lithium battery seems to last, but have only gone one 16 mile stretch and it was still going strong. Battery is easy to remove and charge. Only con is the bike had a few loose parts, so make sure you double check peddle cranks.
Zero emission, 100% healthy.

This bike came partially assembled, the rest was easy to put together. Comfortable bike, going up steep hills is a breeze and a cool breeze too. The way I use this bike, the battery lasts a long time. I hardly use the bike's full power even on very steep hills, just in power-assisted mode is more than enough. It's a great bike and I love it.

For flatland riding I'm pleased. I have not had a chance to ride up steep grades yet, however. Bike easily tips over due to inadequate stand. I purchased a single bike rack which is great for the garage but not convenient for travel. I'm still working on a more stabile stand.
