Yukon Fitness Hyper Extension - HYP-156

The price for this GHD is really enticing, but I wouldn't recommended it. I was initially excited to open the box and find out this model came with the split pad. However, after assembly, I found out this GHD is very narrow and uncomfortable for my 6'1", 185 lb. frame. There is a reason the women pictured looks like she is so small compared to the GHD. Also, a key weld connecting the vertical pad support arm and the horizontal foot slide arm looks like it might break after a couple of uses.

For a Home Crossfit gym set up, this a great unit. It assembled easily, feels reasonably sturdy and is a great value for the price.

first off, i dont know why they call this hyperextension/roman chair , its obvious is a GHR, they woul sell more of those if they changed the name, good quality product, i use it in my weight room pretty often for me and my clients, i have people up to 240 using it, my big guys are coming back soon (hs football season ) so we will see if it can stand heavyweights, however, i believe this is a great piece of equipment if you are in a tight budget, if you can find a cheap used commercial grade one, go for it, if not this will do

I use this for my home CrossFit gym and the low price convinced me to try it out. The assembly was smooth, it is very sturdy, and an excellent value. I do both back/hip extensions and GHD sit-ups on it.

I use the product to strengthen my core. I really like it. I do wish it was a little wider so that I could do some additional exercises, plus it would be nice if it was a little heavier (more solid feeling). It feels a little shaky when you are getting on it. I really like the footplate. It makes me feel more secure. Overall...a good product.
