Service @ Wayfair was great- however for Canadians there are extra charges that make the item almost double the price. If you can find one locally, it's best to go that route. We had it shipped to Canada and it was faster than expected. The only negative is that after a few days of excessive use I can start to feel the side rails (I am 220 pounds). My sister was thrilled about the fact that it was red instead of blue or black that we normally see in store. Juaffle Hero from Houston, TX	1.0 2/11/2010 Not very comfortable I use it to watch TV and play Xbox.... I'm 5'4" so I feel I'm ideal to sit in this chair. It hurts you upper thighs and back of head. I use a small pillow to make it slightly more comfortable. It sometimes leads to headaches, because the head rest is not padded (you can feel the wood underneath the .01" of padding.) it's not leather, not worth the price. should cost a 1/3 of what it does.
