Nice finish and color, easy to install, after tightening the screws, the dining set was very sturdy, and best thing was the chairs are not bulky and heavy. One thing that I would like to mention is that the table top is extremely easy to scratch or leave marks, so I highly suggest to order a glass table top to protect the finish, and prevent accidental damage.

However, I did not like couple things on shipping: Takes too long for the set to arrive (4~5 weeks), and local shipping company was not courteous, and they arrive 15 minutes after their 4 hours window, and took them about 2 hours to put it together, pretty the whole was gone, when I called and complained, I was told the manger will call me back, but they never did!! On top of that the shipping company lost two of the chairs, but Wayfair team was very responsive, once the problem was reported and they shipped replacements right away.

The dining room furniture is indeed beautiful, but I was a little disappointed that it was made of something other than solid wood. The ornate sculpturing is very detailed.The chairs give a little when sat upon. So for now, I am careful not to sit too long in them.

Well the delivery people arrived rather late that night. That was not a problem. This delivery truck was said to be a white glove delivery, but one of the delivery guys refused to wear his white gloves because according to him his hands were not dirty. Furthermore, he fill out the customer service section on customer satisfaction and directed me to sign the document. When I asked him about the customer service section for me to complete, the delivery man said, Oh, I filled it out ahead just to save some time. I really thought that was unethical and very unprofessional. Not allowing the customer the opportunity to fill out the form made the document invalid.

We have the table and chairs in our dining room - the color matches the wallpaper perfectly; table and chairs are a nice blend of styles!

It is perfect for blending in with our other furnishings.

How I use the product: it's a dining room set for entertainment dining. Things that are great about it: it matches my other furniture and it is pretty sturdy. Things that aren't so great about it: haven't found one yet.
