The lid pictured looks like a enameled steel lid... The stainless lid I received could be used for a gladiator shield !! Big, stainless, tough, big handle on top... Quite impressive... Worth every penny... One bad thing is that it is slightly too big for the Paella Pan... Not too big that I cant use it... It just doesnt fit down completely into the pan... I have been working with metal for years so I might take a ball peen to the pan to open the rim so the lid will fit better... Anyway, its a good lid... Super heavy duty..."..."
