The item allows our doctors and nurses a space to write and keeps the small rooms from looking cluttered. The storage area in the wall unit also allows for safe storage of additional paper and pens if needed. We purchased a few extra and we ended up using them in some of our smaller offices in conjunction with the office desk to allow for more space to write. The product is stable once attached to the wall. The color, which was the darker shade, is beautiful and goes with anything! Service Review Delivery was quick and the boxes were not damaged. Media Man from Marlborough, MA	4.0 12/12/2010 Great value Product Review We purchased two of these to use at the office. They are mounted on each side of a projection screen to hold laptop computers, supplies, etc. Looks great, good quality for the money. Nice and thin, rounded edges, tapered for a more modern look. It has a couple compartments to hold things, and an adjustable opener to slow down the desk when it opens. Mounting these is a little bit of work - you have to drill holes into the cabinet (no templates) and then make sure you hit a stud (or use a really strong molly). The screw caps (to hide the screw heads) don't fit well - but we didn't bother using them because the screw heads weren't all that bad and only visible when open. We will purchase these units again if we have additional needs. Service Review Delivery timing was as expected. They shipped us the wrong units (wrong color), but CSN quickly took care of it - cross shipping new ones to us and doing an automatic pickup of the incorrect units. So while there was a shipping error, they were very professional about correcting the problem. We will purchase form CSN again. Was this helpful? Yes / No
