“Hi, I am interested in this product, but need for a smaller space. Do you have this available in a 24" width or would it be feasible to alter the product to fit the 24" space by cutting one end 12" shorter?” asked by Rochelle

"Hello Rochelle, I am afraid we do not carry the Coat and Hat Rack in a smaller size. However, the Wooden Mallet Coat and Hat Rack would be very easy to trim down. It comes completely unassembled and can be trimmed down without causing any issue."

Product Review Was very excited when product arrived and delivery was not a problem BUT, I would advise you to not even try using the ineffective screws that came with it, Worthless and made the job very frustrating. When I got tired of repeatedly trying to assemble the product I was ready to box it up and ship it back when I decided to switch screws and used some Pro-Crafter 8x1-34 woodworking screws and that took care of the problem. If I had to do it over again I would buy the all metal coat racks and pay the few extra bucks. Screwing all the slats would have made for a stronger more reliable product and having the chrome bar going all the way through the wood with end caps would have given me more confidence in the load it needs to carry.
