I always use Pottery Barn as my barometer to gauge quality and these stools are certainly in the same league. I love the stools so much that I'm going to order another set. After my sister saw my recent purchase, she told me that she also wanted the same set of stools for her birthday. Without exaggeration, EACH of these stools would cost $149 at Pottery Barn. They were easy to put together and they are sturdy and well made.

I looked around for a long time to find good quality counter height saddle stools for a fair price and I finally found these. They were delivered on time and relatively easy to assemble. I didn't use the little wrenches that came with the stools, that would have taken too long. I used a power screwdriver and the job went pretty quickly. I like the finish, size, weight, and look of these stools. The only minor complaint I have is that I can't tighten the screws on the cross bars enough to prevent them from wiggling a little when you rest your feet on them. It doesn't bother me and it doesn't make a difference in the look or use of the stools so no big deal. They are much more comfortable than the round little stools we had before!

Easy to put together and very sturdy. Arrived in good condition and ahead of time. They serve as seating for our kitchen, we have a very small dining area, and these are just great for our needs. Would recommend to everyone

My stools had four holes that were not drilled properly, so I had to redrill them. It was not a big deal, but it did take time and effort I had not planned. One of the redrilled holes split a little and will be weak, but I do not think it will be a problem. Also, the stools are only 17-12 inches high. This matters to me because I got them for my grandchildren to use at the table and the children are already short. Other than that the stools look real nice, are sturdy and will be fine for their intended purpose.

Stools are working out great. I didn't mind the assembly but needed a pair of pliers when my hands got too sore to keep turning the allen wrench. Well worth it.
